Learning progress In use

Your progress is more than a number.

Which tasks have you practised? Which situations do you review? How are your lesson assessments developing? RoadReview brings these perspectives together.

Three perspectives on your learning progress

The number of lessons does not answer every question about training. Task progress, lesson assessments and time spent reviewing each tell a different story. Looking at all three gives useful context.

Tasks and practice

The training record assigns documented practice to task areas. It shows what has been covered and what you can discuss with your instructor. Missing entries are a reason to ask questions.

How your lessons develop

Assessments, recorded mistakes and the driving progress score offer orientation across lessons. Read them in the context of the practised situations. A more difficult topic may produce different entries from a familiar route.

See review activity

Learning statistics show views and time spent reviewing mistakes in the app. They add context about activity between lessons. They do not automatically measure how well a topic has been understood.

Three steps

Find your next learning focus

  1. Review the latest lesson

    Read feedback and next steps.

  2. Check task progress

    Distinguish covered and open areas.

  3. Discuss the next exercise

Agree on a specific focus with your instructor.

Understand progress from recorded data

RoadReview shows the recorded part of your training. Neither frequent app use nor a high progress score guarantees passing the test.

Students use RoadReview through a participating driving school. New schools can register their interest; the enquiry does not automatically activate access.

Questions about learning progress

Is learning progress the same as test readiness?

No. Tasks, lessons and reviews provide material for discussion. Assessing practical test readiness remains the instructor’s responsibility.

Why are there several views?

Task progress describes practised topics, driving progress reflects recorded lessons and learning statistics describe app review activity. They answer different questions.

What if an entry is missing?

Ask your instructor and check whether the lesson synced successfully and the task was recorded.

Choose your next focus with your instructor.

Ask whether your driving school uses RoadReview. Access is provided through the participating school. You can send an enquiry to recommend RoadReview to your school.
