With a suitable camera, video can add to the review of a recorded situation. The core workflow remains smartphone documentation; a camera is not required for it.
A map point shows the place; a voice note explains the feedback. An available clip can also show the actual scene. This requires a suitable camera, connection and processing workflow.

Bluetooth LE and Wi-Fi are parts of the camera workflow. Recordings must be processed and made available before they can be reviewed. A 360° view requires appropriately captured and processed footage.
Pre-roll and post-roll depend on the camera, buffer and recording mode. Whether the camera also captures the seconds before a marker needs to be confirmed for the specific model and settings before use. Clip timing can differ when markers are placed close together.
