Driving-school management software
Also known as: Driving school management software · Fahrschulverwaltungssoftware · driving school admin software
Driving-school management software digitises a school's back-office work: master data, student intake, scheduling, invoicing, staff and documents — one central cockpit instead of spreadsheets and disconnected tools.
Management software is the administrative core of a driving-school system — the part that replaces the office processes that used to run on paper, in spreadsheets, or across several separate programs:
- Student management: intake, base data, payment contacts, documents, history.
- Scheduling & resources: a shared calendar for instructors, students, cars and rooms.
- HR: leave, sick notes and appointment-hour accounting.
- Finance & records: invoicing, dunning, DATEV export, audit log.
RoadReview management is in closed beta; access follows selection after application. School administrators manage students, appointments, services, invoices and documents. The student app has separate views for the relevant personal data. This does not imply instant visibility of every change on every device. RoadReview Family is a separate, read-only companion app for shared training data; invoices are currently outside its scope.
A note on wording: “management software” refers to the administrative part; “driving-school software” is often used as the umbrella term that also covers training, drive analytics and the marketing website.
