Online enrolment

Also known as: Online registration · online sign-up · Online-Anmeldung

Online enrolment lets prospects register with a driving school through a digital page. Licence-class selection, admission decisions and documents depend on the process configured by the school.

On a school-branded registration page, prospects select an offered licence class and enter their details. The school determines whether the page is active and which documents are required in the process.

The RoadReview management system in closed beta supports three modes:

  • Direct: complete the registration process, after which the school reviews admission.
  • Confirmation: submit a request; further registration steps follow acceptance.
  • Offer: the school creates an offer with class, line items and validity; further steps follow acceptance.

Documents and signatures form part of the configured registration steps. Registration prepayments are a separate, restricted payment path. Existing invoice-payment functions therefore do not establish generally active upfront payments or SEPA setup during registration.
