View RoadReview appointments in your external calendar.
Authorised staff can subscribe to appointments through a read-only calendar feed. Keep editing your schedule in RoadReview; your external calendar retrieves changes on its own refresh schedule. Revoke the feed when you no longer need it.
Set up your work calendar as a subscription
If you want to see your personal weekly schedule in another calendar application, use an authorised calendar feed. Create the feed and add its link as a subscription in that application. This gives you a read-only view of RoadReview appointments alongside your other calendars. It requires an application that supports calendar subscriptions and the appropriate staff access. A one-off file import serves a different purpose: continuing updates require a subscription to the feed. The corresponding student self-service feed is not currently available.
Check a changed appointment at its source
The office moves a driving lesson while you are viewing your day in an external calendar, for example. Check the new time in RoadReview first, then let the calendar application refresh its subscribed feed. When the updated view appears depends on how that application retrieves updates. RoadReview remains the place to edit the schedule; external calendar changes do not flow back. This requires a subscription that is still valid. For urgent questions, refer to the RoadReview appointment rather than assuming an unchanged external view shows the current plan.
Revoke a feed when its subscription is no longer needed
A calendar subscription should only be used for as long as you need it. When a feed is no longer needed, revoke it in RoadReview and review the corresponding subscription in your calendar application. Revocation concerns access through that feed link, giving you control over further retrieval. Handle the link carefully and share it only for its intended purpose. You need to know which subscription belongs to which feed. Removing a local calendar view is not a substitute for revoking access through the feed link.
Frequently asked questions
Should I import a calendar file or subscribe to the feed?
Use the feed link as a calendar subscription for continuing retrieval. A one-off file import does not establish that ongoing connection to the RoadReview schedule.
Is removing the subscription from my calendar application enough?
If access through the feed needs to end, also revoke it in RoadReview. Removing a local view and revoking the link are separate steps.
How do we get access?

We discuss scope, setup and conditions before arranging participation. Applying does not activate access.
