Catalogue listing Closed beta

Show your driving school in searches by town and name.

A published catalogue listing connects visitors with your school profile, locations and contact details. It leads into your configured intake process, whether direct registration, confirmation or an individual offer. Review the public information and discuss publication during beta onboarding.

Connect school discovery with the public profile

A prospect may know the town they are searching in without knowing your school’s name. The public driving-school catalogue lets them search by town or name and open a published school profile. Prepare your school information, public content and contact details, then review the selection. The listing connects discovery with your school presentation. It requires a configured, published presence; an internal draft alone is not enough. That capability does not establish a search ranking or a promised number of registrations, but it provides a specific route for visitors to reach the school profile.

Answer the location question before someone contacts you

For example, someone looking for a nearby school wants to know where to reach you. Check the location and contact details in your public presentation and the content introducing the school. The visitor can learn about the team, vehicles and services where you have chosen to publish those sections. Their enquiry can then relate to your actual offer. This needs maintained information and a deliberate choice of public content. The catalogue presents your school to visitors; it does not give them general access to internal student documents or training records.

Connect the listing to your chosen intake mode

A visitor finds your school and moves from its public profile into the configured online registration process. For example, your school uses individual offers: registration first creates an application for your team to review and answer with an offer. The learner can accept or decline it before the next steps follow. The catalogue leads into your intake process without making that decision for you. Configured classes, documents and the chosen registration mode are prerequisites. During the Closed Beta, setup and publication are discussed; the public listing itself does not complete a learner’s admission.

Frequently asked questions

Can registration from the catalogue begin with an individual offer?

Yes, if your online registration uses offer mode. Your team handles the application and creates an offer the learner can accept or decline. Entering through the catalogue does not change that process.

Does changing the registration mode affect applications already in progress?

New registrations follow the newly selected mode. Registrations already in progress retain their previous mode. Entering through the catalogue does not change this; check the individual registration when answering a query.
