Online registration for the driving-school office means, with RoadReview: prospects fill in your school-branded form themselves, verify their number by SMS and sign digitally — the office reviews and accepts, instead of retyping forms.
Three modes for your workflow
You decide how tightly you steer: Direct registration (the student fills in, the office reviews afterwards), Registration with approval (a request the office accepts or declines) or Registration with an offer (the office replies with a priced offer that gets accepted). Nothing is deleted — the offer history stays complete.

Documents and payment right away
Registration is a resumable, reload-safe wizard: pick a class → details → phone verification by SMS code → documents by e-signature → optional prepayment → summary → submit. Per phase you can require PDFs to sign, upload slots (e.g. a passport photo) and prepayment items.

Participation & prerequisites
Working in school management currently requires full school access. Separate restricted office logins are not available yet; we plan responsibilities with you during beta onboarding.
Frequently asked questions
How much control does the office have?
As much as you want: in direct registration you review after the form is filled, in registration with approval you actively accept or decline each request, and in registration with an offer you reply with a priced offer. The mode is configurable per school.
Is the data of new sign-ups verified?
The mobile number is confirmed in the wizard by SMS code. Only then does registration continue — that cuts down fantasy sign-ups and typos in the number.
Can documents and a deposit come along directly?
Yes. Per phase you can require PDFs to e-sign, generated templates, upload slots (e.g. passport photo, first-aid certificate) and prepayment items — before submission or after acceptance.
