TÜV Quality Audit
Also known as: Driving school quality audit
“TÜV quality audit” is used for inspections of a driving school. Statutory supervision under Section 51 FahrlG rests with the competent state authority and covers records, equipment and training quality.
Statutory driving-school supervision is the responsibility of the competent authority under state law (Section 51 FahrlG). It may appoint suitable people or bodies. The term “TÜV quality audit” therefore does not imply a uniform nationwide TÜV responsibility.
Supervision includes:
- record-keeping duties and equipment standards,
- the professional and teaching quality of training,
- classrooms, teaching materials and training vehicles.
Section 51 generally provides for an on-site inspection at least every two years and also regulates extensions or exceptions.
The RoadReview management system in closed beta brings together student documents, theory attendance and exam data. Daily records and lesson summaries can be exported as PDFs. This does not promise a specific preparation time or official acceptance of every export.
