You approve before the AI sends a message.
Review the recipient, content and proposed action before approving a send. Sensitive changes to money, status and contacts also require confirmation, while reversible drafts can be prepared beforehand. Approval does not extend your access permissions.
Review the recipient and message before sending
For example, you have prepared a message for a learner. Before approving the send action, check the intended recipient and the content. Similar names make it particularly important to identify the right student. The approval card separates the proposed step from execution; your decision authorises the sensitive action that requires confirmation. You need the relevant access permissions and a configured sending route first. Approval does not set up an email inbox or correct a recipient chosen in error. Both need to be right for this particular message before you confirm.
Check what an invoice contains before approving
An invoice may be ready for a technical action while still needing your team’s review. Check the recipient, items and connection to delivered services before approving a sensitive next step. For example, a billing contact receives an invoice for the learner’s training, so that assignment must be correct in the draft. Approval records your decision about the proposed action. Accurate details and a reviewed draft are prerequisites. Your confirmation does not turn a scheduled appointment into a delivered service, and it does not replace deciding which items belong on the invoice.
Check execution after making the decision
Approving an action is not the end of the review. Read the execution result and check the affected record, such as the document or invoice state. This lets you distinguish permission to proceed from a change that has actually been carried out. If there is a problem, review the message and required permissions or setup before initiating another step. During the Closed Beta, the scope and prerequisites are discussed with your school. Existing user permissions continue to apply after approval; confirmation cannot extend access to a record you are not allowed to use.
Frequently asked questions
What should I review before an invoice is sent?
Check the recipient, including any billing contact, the invoice items and their connection to delivered services. Then decide whether to approve the proposed sending action.
Does approval make an unconfigured email route usable?
No. Your school’s sending route must already be configured. Approval applies to the proposed action; it does not replace that setup or the required access permissions.
How do we get access?
Driving school management is in closed beta. Apply with your school; scope, setup and admission are discussed. No immediate access.
Help shape the management beta.
We discuss scope, setup and conditions before arranging participation. Applying does not activate access.
