Working in school management currently requires full school access. Separate restricted office logins are not available yet; we plan responsibilities with you during beta onboarding.
Frequently asked questions
Does RoadReview transmit directly to DATEV?
No. RoadReview provides a DATEV EXTF file download (booking batch plus documents as a ZIP). There is no direct cloud/API transfer to DATEV — the import into DATEV is done manually at the firm.
Does RoadReview meet the e-invoicing mandate since 2025?
For issuing structured B2B invoices, yes: RoadReview produces ZUGFeRD/Factur-X documents per EN 16931. For private students (B2C) the familiar PDF remains permissible.
Can I issue and collect invoices automatically?
Yes. Three triggers are available — a schedule, per delivered service and a balance threshold. Issuing and SEPA collection can run automatically, and can be overridden per student.
