Four document systems, one signing logic
Whether an uploaded PDF with placed signature fields, a WYSIWYG template with variables (training contract, registration form), a generated document or an upload slot (passport photo, first-aid certificate) — every document knows the roles it requires. It counts as fully signed only once every role has signed.

External signers with no account and no app
For minors, guardians sign via a signed one-time link (link and QR code) — with no account of their own and no app to install. The student creates the guest link; it is revocable, and regenerating it invalidates the previous one. The signing app guides the signer through every open document.
Privacy is built in
Confidential documents never sit behind permanent links: downloads run exclusively through short-lived, signed URLs. Every signature is recorded with a traceable history — who signed what and when stays fully traceable.
Participation & prerequisites
Working in school management currently requires full school access. Separate restricted office logins are not available yet; we plan responsibilities with you during beta onboarding.
How to get a document signed securely
- Choose the document and roles
Pick a template or upload a PDF and set which roles must sign — student, instructor and/or guardian.
- Create a guest link for external signers
For minors, the student creates a signed one-time link (also as a QR) for the guardian — with no account and no app.
- Sign digitally
Everyone signs via browser canvas, scanned upload or the remote link. The document is fully signed once all roles have signed.
- Store it traceable
Retrieve the signed version through the document workflow and check its current signing status. Authorised management actions can reset signatures; no blanket immutability is promised.
