Onboard students — with no paper file.
Paperless student onboarding means no registration folder, no index card, no re-typing. RoadReview offers four intake paths, later links even manually created profiles cleanly to a real student account, and files every person as a digital record.
Four ways to onboard a student
Whether the student joins with a school code, registers through online registration, is created manually by the office (even without a student account of their own) or is imported from the legacy system — all four paths end in the same profile. The three-level model (profile → membership → enrolment) carries several licence classes and even several schools at once.
- School code, online registration, manual creation, legacy import
- Profile → membership → enrolment: several classes in parallel
- Manually created students need no account of their own at first
Account-link codes and phone claim
For manually created or imported profiles, RoadReview generates an account-link code — 12 digits, with a QR deep link, valid 14 days, single-use and revocable. If a newcomer later verifies a phone number that matches an unlinked profile, the system adopts that profile automatically. The history is preserved and nothing is created twice.
A digital file instead of a folder
Every onboarded person is a digital student file with tabs for master data, documents, billing contacts, invoices, communication, drives, theory, exams and logs. Required documents are signed by e-signature — for minors, guardians sign via a signed link, with no account and no app.
Participation & prerequisites
Working in school management currently requires full school access. Separate restricted office logins are not available yet; we plan responsibilities with you during beta onboarding.
How to onboard a student paperless
- Choose the intake path
Decide per case: school-code join, online registration, manual creation by the office or import from the legacy system. All paths lead into the same profile.
- Issue an account-link code if needed
For a manually created or imported profile, generate a 12-digit account-link code (with QR, valid 14 days, single-use). The person later links their real account to the history with it.
- Get documents signed digitally
Required documents are signed by e-signature; for minors, guardians sign via a signed link — with no account and no app.
- Work on in the digital file
From here everything runs in the digital student file — documents, invoices, communication, drives, theory and exams in one profile, without paper.
Frequently asked questions
What ways are there to onboard a student?
Four: joining with a school code, registering through online registration, manual creation by the office (even without a student account) and import from the legacy system. All four lead into the same portable profile.
Can I create a student without their own account?
Yes. The office creates the profile manually. Later, a 12-digit account-link code (with QR, valid 14 days, single-use, revocable) connects the real student account to the existing history.
What is the phone claim?
If a newcomer verifies a phone number that matches an unlinked, imported profile, RoadReview adopts that profile automatically — legacy data is preserved, with no duplicate.
Can minors be onboarded paperless?
Yes. Required documents are signed by e-signature; guardians sign via a signed one-time link — with no account of their own and no app to install.
