Where do the figures come from?
Revenue and open items come from invoicing; training progress reflects recorded lessons. Fleet cost figures are estimates using the available driving data and configured reference values, rather than a complete operating-cost statement.
Do I see open items in real time?
Yes. Invoices and payments hang off one ledger; automatic bank reconciliation sets paid invoices to "paid". The list of open items is therefore always current.
Can I filter by instructor or period?
Yes. The school evaluation can be filtered by period and instructor — including a trend line and an automatically detected list of students who need attention.
